We are looking for a resourceful and reliable Production Coordinator who will be responsible for the successful delivery of live football content, with the primary focus on the live streaming of sub-premium and “long-tail” football content. A crucial part of your role will also be to coordinate the implementation of global strategic partnerships with football competitions’ organizers and rights holders, production companies, and other stakeholders. The Production Coordinator will be based in Amsterdam and report to ELEVEN’s Director of Content & Partnerships.

What you'll do

  • Coordinate the implementation of the live streaming production setups, to roll out content production operations of niche-premium to long-tail football content with different content partners worldwide.
  • Collaborate with regional account managers, local project managers, and other stakeholders to identify production companies and/or freelancers who will be responsible for the production of live streams.
  • Implement global broadcasting production standards in regards to production setups, cost control, supplier negotiations, equipment sourcing, broadcasting technology, and other relevant topics.
  • Regularly coordinate with the regional account managers, production companies, and other stakeholders to understand the needs and challenges of each partnership.
  • Coordinate tests and evaluations with production companies.

You're a great candidate if you have

  • 1 to 3 years in linear/digital broadcasting production and supplier sourcing.

  • An understanding of broadcasting and live streaming technology, and the global sports industry.

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering and distributing sports broadcasts.

  • Excellent communication skills, with fluent spoken and written English and French.

  • Substantial familiarity with digital technology and internet-based environments.

And even better if you have

  • Hands-on project management experience in a collaborative environment.

  • Ability to work under pressure and complete projects successfully within time, maintaining a positive attitude.

  • Ability to respond to changing demands and priorities in a flexible manner in a globally operating business.

  • Capacity to think outside the box and propose customised solutions.

  • Commercial mindset and strong negotiation skills.
