We’re now looking for a detail oriented and creative Sponsorship Campaign Manager. Sitting within the sponsorship team, you’ll be responsible for delivering campaigns for our brand partners across the world. You’ll play an important part in evaluating progress against agreed KPIs as well as working with internal and external stakeholders to identify innovative ways for partners to leverage all opportunities across the ELEVEN Group of companies.
Successful delivery of sponsorship campaigns is key to the ongoing development and growth of our business so this is a critical role within the team. You’ll work alongside the Head of Sponsorship and Monetisation Director, as well as other units within the business, to shape our future revenue growth and commercial strategies as we continue to increase our global footprint. In particular, you’ll be responsible for the creation and management of effective case studies that enable us to prove our sponsorship model to key brand targets.
Your understanding of digital and social advertising techniques will help us to ensure that we are making the most of our platform and delivering solutions that are innovative and effective. Working with data analysts within the monetisation and marketing departments you’ll be pivotal in helping us adapt to continually changing business environments to ensure that we are taking advantage of new opportunities in the market. You’ll become an internal resource for group companies around the world who look to us to identify best practice sponsorship campaigns on a range of platforms.

What you’ll do
Work with the Head of Sponsorship to design campaigns that will deliver results for brand partners
Support the design of key metrics that quantify the success brand partnerships
Ensure that all contractually agreed advertising spots and social media posts are delivered according to schedule
Monitor engagement, reach and other campaign KPI’s
Develop campaign reporting templates to ensure timely and relevant feedback
Work with the Data Analyst to develop and implement tools that enable us to provide data driven solutions to our clients
Work with the Head of Sponsorship to drive arguments for sponsorship renewals and upsells
Manage the development of a library of case studies
Be the ‘go to’ person across the ELEVEN Group for delivering successful media-led sponsorship campaigns
You are already a great candidate if you have:
2-5 years of working with brands across digital and/or social platforms to reach and engage consumers
An understanding of digital, video and social advertising techniques
A strong interest in marketing and the way in which brands use modern platforms to connect with their customers
Familiarity with Google Ad Manager and/or similar advertising delivery platforms
An interest in leveraging data driven measurement and analysis to drive commercial success
A desire to work at the cutting edge of technology to create new and innovative sponsorship opportunities
And even better if you have:
Worked within an international digital business whose revenue streams include digital, television and/or social media sponsorships
Proven experience with analytics across multiple digital platforms, including apps, smart TV, and games consoles
Strong PowerPoint, Keynote, and/or Google Slides skills
A good understanding of the global sports and media landscape
An interest, and belief, in the power of sport
Awareness and experience of working in an experimentation culture
